If we've tried to reach you multiple times but haven't had any luck, and your bill payment is overdue, we may have to suspend your fibre service as a last resort 🚫🌐.
To get your service back 🔄, you'll need to make the full overdue payment right away 💳. Also, for consumer accounts, a reactivation fee of $49.05 will be charged for each reactivation. Once your payment is confirmed, we'll get your service up and running again 🚀.
Please note that your service will be disrupted if your bill is late, depending on your bill due dates
