One time installation fee will not be charged.
Your Static IP address will remain the same if you are upgrading from ultra to HyperSpeed 10Gbps or Gamer to Gamer 10Gbps, else it will change.
To continue with your Home Voice service, please ensure to select one of our Home Voice plans (Standard, Starter or Premium pack) upon recontract. Your home voice number will remain unchanged after the upgrade.
