TP-Link Deco BE65 Overview

Deco Mesh BE65 Setup Guide

To set up your TP-Link Deco Mesh system, download the Deco App on your phone, plug your main Deco unit into your modem and power, and follow the step-by-step prompts in the app to configure your Wi-Fi name and password.

Download and Prepare

  • Get the Deco app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • Log in or sign up for a TP-Link ID.

  • Turn off your modem.

Connect the Main Unit

  • Plug your main Deco unit into a power outlet.

  • Connect an Ethernet cable from your modem to any available WAN/LAN port on the Deco.

  • Turn your modem back on and wait for the Deco light to pulse blue.

Configure via App

  • Open the Deco app and select your Deco model.

  • Allow the app to find and pair with the Deco unit.

  • Choose a location label for your main unit.

  • Create your new Wi-Fi network name and password.

Add Extra Units

  • Power on any additional Deco units in other rooms.

  • Wait for the app to automatically detect and add the extra deco mesh.
