If you have a 4G or 5G Reward Land mobile plan, you can use your R Coins to reduce your mobile bill. Follow these steps to make it happen:
Step 1: Check Your R Coins Balance
Go to your Reward Land account and view your R Coins balance.
Make sure you have enough R Coins to cover your full mobile plan amount.
Step 2: Track Your Progress
Use the progress indicator to see how close you are to having enough R Coins to offset your bill.
Keep shopping at R Stores with our merchant partners to earn more R Coins if needed.
Step 3: Apply Your R Coins
Once you have enough R Coins, select the option “Offset Bill Now” to offset your mobile bill. And confirm the transaction.
Remember: This is a manual process and must be done for each bill cycle.
You can offset only once per billing cycle.
Step 4: See the Offset on Your Next Bill
The offset will be applied to your next invoice.
Your Reward Land mobile plan is the only eligible plan for offset.
On your next invoice, the offset will appear as:
“Cashback from Reward Land”
