It’s simple!
Step 1: Open the MyRepublic Mobile App and navigate to the MyRewards page
Step 2: Click the brand you like and shop online as usual. (Please ensure you meet the terms and conditions of the merchants as mentioned in the app and the MyRewards program)
Step 3: Sit back and relax, your cashback for eligible transactions will automatically be credited into your mobile bill.
Please note that cashback is not applicable for offline merchants shown in the “Offline” category tab.

The MyRewards cashback you earn by shopping on the MyRepublic Mobile Bill is automatically applied to your next mobile bill. There’s no additional action required from you to offset the bill.

Not to worry, any additional cashback will be carried forward and be used to offset your next mobile bill.

All MyRepublic mobile plan customers are eligible for MyRewards and should be able to see it on the MyRepublic Mobile app. Please update your app to the latest version. If you are still unable to see it in your app, please reach out to our Customer Service team here - https://intercom.help/myrepublicsg/en/articles/8768257-we-re-here-to-help so we can look into the matter.

We will use the cashback earned to automatically offset your next mobile bill. However, if there is any leftover cashback, it will roll over to offset your next mobile bill. Please note that if you choose to terminate all your MyRepublic mobile lines or port out all your MyRepublic mobile numbers, any unused cashback will be forfeited.
How is my cashback amount calculated?
How is my cashback amount calculated?
In general, the cashback amount is calculated on your order value excluding any delivery fees, taxes, or any promo codes applied at checkout. The cashback percentage rate will vary depending on the merchant or the category of items purchased within the merchant. Please refer to the merchant terms and conditions as shown in the app for merchant-specific details.

After you make a transaction, it will be marked as "Pending" in your MyRepublic Mobile app. If you have followed the terms, rest assured that your transaction will appear in the app after 2-4 business days.
Once the merchant confirms your purchase and any return periods or travel dates have passed, they will approve the transaction. This process can take anywhere from 30 to 150 days, depending on the merchant.
After the merchant approves your transaction, its status in your app will change to "Approved" or "Declined". Approved cashback will then be added to your mobile account to automatically offset your next mobile bill.

Pending: This means the merchant has registered your purchase and we are waiting for the merchant to validate it against the terms and conditions.
Approved: The merchant has approved the cashback, and we will use this to offset your next mobile bill.
Declined:: Your cashback was declined by the merchant. This usually happens if you have returned or cancelled your order or did not fulfill some of the terms.

No, all unused cashback is forfeited when you terminate your mobile account with us.
And while you are with us, all cashback will only be used to offset your mobile bill and cannot be cashed out or exchanged for anything else.
I have more than 1 mobile line with MyRepublic. How will my cashback be credited?
I have more than 1 mobile line with MyRepublic. How will my cashback be credited?
Once your cashback is confirmed, it will be credited to your next mobile bill that is generated. You cannot choose which bill or which mobile number’s phone bill to offset, at this moment.

Yes, for a limited time only, the first 1000 customers who transact successfully on MyRewards will be eligible for a SPECIAL BONUS cashback of $5. This is over and above the cashback you will get for your first approved transaction. You will get this additional $5 cashback at the same time as the cashback for your first transaction.
