Broadband Bill Payment via PayNow QR

Broadband bill payments has now been made easier via PayNow QR!

You can make a one-time payment using PayNow QR via Broadband MyAccount and MyRepublic Mobile App.

Reference number will not be editable and unique to the generated invoice. Only payment amount is editable.

The PayNow QR code is valid for 21 days from the invoice date. For the latest outstanding amount or to generate a new QR code after expiry, please refer to MyAccount.

PayNow QR in Invoice EDM

You may scan the QR code included in the monthly invoice email with the "Subject: Your invoice is ready!"

PayNow QR in MyAccount - View My Bills

Broadband customers can access MyAccount and download the pdf invoices following the steps below:

  1. Login to MyAccount

  2. Select "View My Bills"

  3. Click on "More Info"

The downloaded PDF invoice is embedded with a PayNow QR Code in the Header and Footer, and the Footer includes a guide to make payments with PayNow.

4. Scan the QR code on the top right of the page or the left side of the 2nd page

5. PayNow using your banking app

The amount will become zero (“0”) if the outstanding amount is less than zero, however the amount can be editable in the PayNow application if you want to top up the balance.

PayNow Payment via MyAccount - Payment Information

New PayNow Payment features in MyAccount can be accessed from Payment information > Payment via Paynow QR Code menu. With this feature you can pay your balance due or make an advance payment. You may follow the steps below:

  1. Login to MyAccount

  2. Select "Payment Information"

  3. Scroll down to "Payment via Paynow QR Code"

4. You may edit the Payment Amount that you wish to pay

5. Click on "Generate QR Code"

6. Refer to QR code payment instructions to make a payment.

After payment is successful, it shows the amount of payment, transaction reference, merchant reference, transaction status and transaction time stamp.

PayNow QR in Mobile App

Broadband customers having access to MyRepublic Mobile App can download pdf monthly invoices by following the instructions below:

  1. Login to the Mobile App

  2. Tap on "Billing"

  3. Select "Past Bills"

  4. Tap on the "sheet icon" on the right side

PDF invoice can be viewed directly on the Mobile App and can be downloaded to the mobile. PDF invoice includes PayNow QR Code in the Header and PayNow QR Code and how to pay guides in and Footer.

PayNow Payment via MyRepublic Mobile App

New Features to Pay using Paynow QR Code is now available in Mobile App under the new menu following the steps below:

  1. Login to the Mobile App

  2. Tap on "Billing"

  3. Select "Payment via Paynow QR Code"

The payment amount will be prefilled based on the balance due, however the amount can be adjusted and if the balance due shows a minus amount, the amount will show “0”.

To generate PayNow QR Code, click the “Generate QR Code” button and the QR Code and instructions to pay will appear in the Pop-up menu. Use the “Save QR Code” button to save the QR Code to the personal library or gallery.

Refer to QR code payment instructions to make a payment.

After payment is successful, it shows the amount of payment, transaction reference, merchant reference, transaction status and transaction time stamp in the PayNow Apps.

📌Reminders:

  1. Kindly double check and ensure that the billing account number (RAXXXXXXX / ENXXXXXXX) is correct before proceeding.

  2. Payment amount may be edited when generating a QR code for payment.

  3. The PayNow QR code is valid for 21 days from the invoice date. For the latest outstanding amount or to generate a new QR code after expiry, please refer to MyAccount.

  4. Payments made through PayNow will be reflected in your account within three working days.

  5. Recurring Credit/ Debit Card Payment: We’ll attempt to charge your card on your invoice due date. If it fails, a second attempt will be made 5 days later. If both attempts fail, your card will be removed and you’ll need to register a new one.

  6. Recurring GIRO Payment: Payment will be automatically processed from your registered bank account on the 7th, 14th, 21st, or 28th of each month. Should these dates coincide with a weekend or public holiday, the transaction will occur on the following business day.
