I ordered a premium/gift along with my fibre broadband plan. Where can I redeem/collect it?

If your fibre broadband plan includes a premium or gift (e.g. phone, laptop, etc.), you may redeem the premium only after receiving the Redemption Email. This email will be sent to your registered email address after successful installation of your MyRepublic service and full payment of your first month’s bill, or any outstanding MyRepublic bills, if applicable. The Redemption Email, which includes instructions on where to collect the premium, will be sent within 1–2 weeks after payment of the bill.

All premiums will be distributed by Oro Redemption Centre unless stated otherwise.

Please bring along your electronic direct mailer (eDM) and the account holder's NRIC for all collections. If you are authorizing someone to collect on your behalf, please fill in the authorization form and the authorized personnel must bring along the eDM, account holder's photocopied NRIC, authorised personnel's original IC and the authorization form duly signed by account holder.
